PDP Candidates

Ms. Tshering Dolkar is from Juprey village, Bhur Gewog, in Sarpang Dzongkhag.

She has a Masters in Counseling and Educational Foundation from the University of New Brunswick, Canada, and University of Phoenix, U.S.A. She obtained her B.A. from Sherubtse College, and has a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from NIE Samtse. She also has a certificate in occupational assessment from Psytech International Ltd. in the United Kingdom.

Ms. Tshering Dolkar started her career as a teacher in Drukgyel High School in Paro. Following which, she worked in various positions in the Department of Youth and Sports of the Ministry of Education including her last post as Chief of the Career Education and Counseling Division. She also served a two-year special assignment in RENEW. Altogether, she served for fifteen years in the Royal Government.
