Profile: She has an M.Ed from Morray House College in Scotland, Diploma in TESOL, Manchester and BA from Punjab University, Chandigarh, India. Starting her career as a teacher, she has served as a teacher, head teacher, principal, DEO, school monitoring officer, head of HRD and ultimately as Director of the Department of Adult and Higher Education.
