PDP Candidates

He has an MSc. in Social Anthropology from Oxford University, UK and Bachelor of Fine Arts and Applied Arts specialization (BFA, AA) from Delhi University, India. Staring his career as trainee officer in Development Communication Centre in 1988, he has worked as chief graphic designer, head of the graphic and design section, Deputy director and joint director in National Environment Commission, chief communication and publicity officer at Office of the Census Commissioner and joint director of the Disaster Management division of the Department of Local Governance. He has served as the executive member of Tarayana Foundation.
