Profile: He has a Diplome en Administration Publique from Ecole Nationale d’Administration, Paris, France and BCom honours from Sherubtse College. He is trained in Trade Policy (Geneva, WTO), industrial development and policy (Vienna, UNIDO), FDI and investment-related courses, project evaluation and management in Japan, Philippines, and Singapore.
