Profile: He has a Bachelor of Science from St. Edmund’s College, Shillong, Meghallaya, India. He also has post graduate diploma in international trade from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi and diploma in Import Operations from Helsinki School of Economics, Finland and a certificate in Standardization and Quality Control from Bureau of Indian Standards and Export Council of India, New Delhi.
