PDP Candidates

He has a B.Com pass from Sherubtse College, Kanglung. Since starting his career as assistant manager with Bank of Bhutan in 1993, he has served in various capacities rising to become the assistant General Manager in the Credit division, head office. While with the bank, he was involved in entrepreneurship development programme, credit guarantee scheme, and credit information bureau. He has availed trainings in the areas of strengthening rural credit and finances in Bhutan, credit analysis for small and medium enterprises, project appraisal and monitoring, promotion of tiny enterprises and clusters in business, project supervision and remedial management programme, and several courses in Bhutan, India, Philippines and Singapore.
